ITS quarterly network maintenance, Sept. 15–20

From Sunday, Sept. 15, to Friday, Sept. 20, Information Technology Services (ITS) will implement a quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process to address security and bug fixes.

During the maintenance windows for this quarter’s updates, internet and VoIP phone connectivity across the WSU system may be impacted.

While internet outages during the impacted maintenance windows are not expected to exceed 15–30 minutes, the entire maintenance windows will remain reserved for this work.

For a detailed schedule of network service interruptions, along with impacted buildings and campuses, please visit the WSU ITS website.

Please reach out to Crimson Service Desk via email at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu or phone at 509‑335‑4357 for additional information or technical support.
