ITS quarterly network maintenance, March 10–19

From Sunday, March 10, to Tuesday, March 19, Information Technology Services (ITS) will implement a quarterly network infrastructure upgrade process to address security and bug fixes.

During the maintenance windows for this quarter’s updates, internet and VoIP phone connectivity across the WSU system may be impacted.

While internet outages during the impacted maintenance windows are not expected to exceed 15–30 minutes, the entire maintenance windows will remain reserved for this work.

For a detailed schedule of network service interruptions, along with impacted buildings and campuses, please visit its.wsu.edu.

Please reach out to Crimson Service Desk via email at crimsonservicedesk@wsu.edu, phone at 509‑335‑4357, or online at crimsonservicedesk.wsu.edu for additional information or technical support.
