It’s Not Too Late! Tidal Leadership for Women Starts Feb. 8

Did you resolve to make 2016 your year for personal and professional development?

Tidal Leadership for Women can help make that happen! Join our 16-week, online certificate program—designed for women and by women, to address the particular challenges and opportunities faced by women leaders.

Influencing others is a powerful skill. To do it well—consciously, compassionately and courageously—one must learn and practice in a supportive environment where collaboration and emotional intelligence are celebrated, and where women’s perspectives are honored.

Tidal Leadership for Women allows you to focus on what matters most to you, whether it’s cultivating respect in the boardroom, defining work-life balance, or challenging the status quo. Discussion topics, activities, and real-world examples are specifically chosen to serve and resonate with this historically underrepresented leadership group.

Twelve modules, presented by skilled facilitators, use videos, online group discussions and engaging activities to deliver the principles of Tidal Leadership in an interactive format.

“This program challenged me to explicitly think about my actions and how they influence other people. I am more aware of my personal leadership style, which has helped immensely in all facets of my life.”

——Laura Levine, Tidal Leadership Participant
