‘Investigating sex-dependent influences of puberty on brain circuits and behavior in mouse models’

Kristen Delevich, PhD — Assistant Professor in the Integrative Physiology and Neuroscience department, WSU Pullman — will be visiting WSU Spokane for the Translational Medicine and Physiology (TMP) Seminar Series. Her seminar entitled “Investigating sex-dependent influences of puberty on brain circuits and behavior in mouse models” will be in person in the Spokane Academic Center room 347 and through Zoom on Monday, March 7, 12–1 p.m.

Dr. Delevich will discuss their recent findings highlighting sex differences in the interplay between pubertal development, brain maturation, and behavior in mice with a focus on energy balance, decision making, and corticostriatal circuits.
