Introduction to Masters Swimming

Looking for a more structured aquatic workout this year? Registration is now open for Session I Masters Swimming, which begins with Demo Week on Jan. 13. Participants will practice swimming in a group setting, all while under the supervision of a coach who can help adapt the workout to fit their needs.  Masters Swimming is perfect for cross-training, improving technique, or training for a swimming event or triathlon.
