Information Technology Services reminder on using @wsu.edu for E-Mail Addressing

With our migration from the On-Premise Exchange system to Office 365 for Faculty and Staff in the next few weeks, we would like to remind the campus community to use the following form or E-Mail addresses to reach Students and others whose mailbox are in the Office 365 Mail system:

        butch.cougar@wsu.edu

And NOT use @email.wsu.edu.  This will ensure that mail goes to the correct system as mailboxes are moving around.  If you have student distribution lists or other address list that use the @email.wsu.edu form of the E-Mail address, please change them to the @wsu.edu format.  Thank you.

If you have questions, please contact the CougTech Help Desk (CougTech@wsu.edu or 509-335-HELP)
