In honor of Memorial Day

The Veterans and Military Affiliated Student Services Center on the Pullman campus will be reading “In Flanders Fields” and laying a wreath in honor of Memorial Day, on Friday, May 23, at 11 a.m. at the Veteran’s Memorial on Veterans’ Way. This is a free and open-to-the-public event for all.

Veterans’ Hall in Holland Library will also have a display on the flatscreens about the history of Memorial Day/military history and red message cards for people to fill out with thoughts, memories and, prayers for our fallen and missing service members.

Wear a red poppy on Friday, May 23, and throughout the week of May 26 in honor of Memorial Day.
