Important to know: Complete your Open Enrollment Workday elections

When making your Open Enrollment elections in Workday, be sure to go to the final page of the process where you are asked to save/print a confirmation page. If you do not get to this page you have not fully submitted your election, and it will not be processed.

It is strongly recommended that you save/print this confirmation page for your records.

Please note, if you reopen the Open Enrollment event to make a change or to confirm your elections, you must fully submit the election again. Opening the event overrides the previous submission and the new review/election must be fully submitted.

You can re-open the event by typing “Employee Benefits Open Enrollment Selection” in the search box in Workday.

Visit the Open Enrollment web page for information on benefit changes, rate changes, the Benefit Fairs schedule, and other important information you need to know.

Questions can be directed to HRS Benefits at 509-335-4589 or hrs.benefits@wsu.edu.
