Important Information for Faculty About Finals Week From Access Center

Our Proctoring Center will be short-staffed while preparing finals this semester.  Finals will be proctored 7:30 a.m – 9 p.m.  We expect to proctor over 600 finals.  We ask all teaching faculty for assistance and cooperation by sending all exam materials and a Proctor Instruction Form no less than two business days before the actual final.

We will be working both Saturday and Sunday, as well as each evening of finals week to prepare for your students. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help make finals week run as smoothly as possible for everyone.

Return of completed finals will be the same as last semester.

  • Campus Mail only for finals taken on Mon, May 4 and May 5
  •  All other finals will be available for pick-up at the front desk from 8:30 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily Scan and Email is not an option during Finals
