Here is a quick synopsis of what the workshop entails:

Transition, Transformation, Transcendence: In times of continuous change, we sometimes lose sight of those around us who are in the midst of their own change and transition. This workshop focuses on the nature of these transitions.  It seeks to grasp a better understanding of what the strategic opportunities that can emerge from changing times.

Next, we look to align ourselves through the common stakeholders we work with on a daily basis. While many of our roles differ, we find ourselves working in similar ways to accomplish our common goals. We will examine ways we can transform our work practices through mapping of our common stakeholders and finding synergies that benefit us all.

Finally, we look to shift our dependence inward toward each other. There are times when we feel frustrated and powerless. We have the choice of how to respond to these feelings and we will examine ways to collaborate that bring accountability and responsibility within, thus transcending the external demands upon us.
