WSU Safety Survey

The Washington State Office of Risk Management in Olympia, requests all employees at Washington Institutions of Higher Education, including WSU, to complete an on-line safety survey.  The results will help WSU evaluate its safety programs, identify gaps, and develop safety action plans to improve employee workplace safety.

Please take the time to complete this anonymous safety survey. The survey takes 5 to 10 minutes to complete and closes on February 28, at 5 p.m.  For supplemental information and assistance in answering survey questions follow this link for a listing of WSU’s safety websites.

Supervisors, please ask your employees to complete the survey and allow access to a computer during work hours.

Thank you in advance from the Environmental Health and Safety Department for completing the survey, and helping to improve WSU’s workplace safety programs.
