Keynote by Dr. David Montgomery and BIOAg Symposium Poster Session
The 2017 BIOAg Symposium on March 1 brings together sustainable agriculture research scientists, students, and interested individuals from all disciplines to learn about recent research results, find common themes, and facilitate partnerships. This year, in addition to the poster session, the event will feature a keynote presentation by Dr. David Montgomery, MacArthur Fellow and professor of geomorphology at the University of Washington.

3:00 pm – David Montgomery presents The Hidden Half of Nature: The Microbial Roots of Life and Health
4:00 pm – Poster awards announced; BIOAg Poster Session continued
5:00 pm – Closing comments
Special Note to Students and Faculty Advisors: Student posters (graduate and undergraduate) will be eligible for a Best Student Poster Award in the form of a $500 scholarship. Please encourage students to submit a poster! Additional details and instructions available on the Symposium webpage.
