Global Campus instructor support options and resources

As we say goodbye to 2024 and the Spring ’25 semester approaches, the Learning Innovations team wants to remind faculty that we offer a variety of support options, depending on the type and difficulty of the problem. Check out the on-demand Instructor Support page! You’ll find options for:

  • Technical support for technical problems with Canvas
  • Teaching and learning support for faculty interested in learning more about pedagogical tools and for faculty experiencing non-technical problems with their Global Campus Canvas page
  • Training and workshops with sessions focusing on pedagogical methods and tools and a new series on AI
  • On-demand support available Monday–Friday, 8:30–11:30 a.m. and 1:30–4:30 p.m.
