Get your WSU premium beef grill pack for Dad’s Weekend

WSU Premium Angus Beef grill packs will be available for sale at the WSU Meats Laboratory on Thursday, Nov. 3, and Friday, Nov. 4, from 3 – 6 p.m. There will be 4 steaks (rib, New York strip, sirloin) and 3 chubs of ground beef in each pack. The grill packs will cost approximately $45. We will also be selling Angus ($4.50/lb) or Waygu ($5.50/lb)  ground beef – you specify how many pounds you would like. A limited supply of Angus chuck roasts and stew meat will also be available for sale – perfect for comforting beef stew!

The WSU Meats Laboratory is located behind the Lewis Alumni Centre. Look for the “Cougar Quality Meats” sign on the red brick building. Entrance is on the side opposite the sign, nearest the greenhouses.

Cash, check and credit cards will be accepted for this event!
