Imagine simply scanning your hand to gain access to the Student Recreation Center rather than remembering your CougarCard. This year, the CougarCard Center has launched a pilot biometric enrollment program in partnership with University Recreation. The program is completely voluntary, and UREC members can enroll at the Student Recreation Center or the CougarCard Center. The enrollment process should take less than five minutes and allows members to access the SRC quickly and securely without their card.
