Functional Movement Assessment

University Recreation encourages staff and faculty to get active this summer and take advantage of FREE personal training workshops! On Wednesday, August 12, from 5:00-6:00 p.m., come to the Student Recreation Center room 142 to take part in a Functional Movement Screen. This is a hands on physical activity in which you will go through 7 scored movement assessments with a certified personal trainer that can help you move more efficiently and help identify movement patterns that may be leading to injury.

No registration or sign up is necessary and anyone can attend.
