Functional Genomics Initiative 2022 Internal Seed Grants Program – Spatialomics

The WSU College of Veterinary Medicine Office of Research and Functional Genomics Initiative are pleased to announce a competitive internal seed grant opportunity for FY2022/2023. Funds are available to support projects in the emerging area of spatialomics. Funded projects will utilize NanoString GeoMx and nCounter Max platforms that were recently established in the Laboratory of Biotechnology/Bioanalysis at WSU through funding from the Murdock Charitable Trust. Spatialomics allows for molecular analysis of gene and protein expression in cells of a variety of tissues with retention of spatial context.

Information on the request for proposals for this internal funding opportunity can be obtained with an email request to Carolyn Emerson (emersonc@wsu.edu).
