Free speech in the classroom: A panel discussion for faculty and instructors

Please join the WSU Pullman Community Equity Response team for a Zoom webinar panel discussion on free speech in the classroom. Assistant Attorney General Adam Malcolm will share insights about the First Amendment at WSU, and Dr. Ashley Boyd, Chair of WSU Teaching Academy, will moderate a panel discussing perspectives on the First Amendment and sharing advice for maintaining an inclusive classroom and a culture of open dialogue. The panelists include Dr. Bibhushana Poudyal, Assistant Professor of Rhetoric and Composition, Dr. Cornell Clayton, Thomas S. Foley Distinguished Professor of Government and Director, Thomas S. Foley Institute of Public Policy and Public Service, and Adam Malcolm. The event will conclude with resource sharing from campus partners.
