Free fitness classes and activities are being offered during University Recreation’s All Access Week, Aug. 21 – 27.
With over 150 classes to choose from, there is something for everyone to enjoy! All classes listed on the Fall Fitness Session 1 schedule are free during this week, which includes CrossFit, Yoga @ 90, Body Pump, Aqua Zumba, and so much more! Test your fears on the high ropes course, get kicking with a free kickboxing session, or pick up a quick game of soccer with the intramural’s soccer demonstration.
