Free Body Composition Analysis

This fall University Recreation is offering free Body Composition Testing on select Mondays and Tuesdays. In September, there are testings Sept. 8 from 6:30-7:30 a.m. and Sept. 9 from 5:30-7 p.m. in SRC 142. Tracking your body composition is a great way to find your baseline, or document your growth over the semester. The process measures your fat-free mass (such as muscles, bones, ligaments, tendons, and organs) as well as your fat mass, giving you a better understanding of what your body is actually composed of.  Testing is first come, first serve.
