Fitness Session 1 classes start Aug. 28

Energize the start of your new semester by taking a couple of classes at University Recreation. UREC invites you to sign up for Session 1 Fitness classes running from Aug. 28 – Oct. 15. The schedule includes all types of aerobics and conditioning classes from Sunrise BodyPump to Late Night Zumba. Relax and stretch your body with one of the UREC’s many yoga classes, or even celebrate with an upbeat dance class. Register for any two fitness classes and receive $10 off as well as a free shirt.
