First training event for Kamiak computing cluster

Kamiak, the WSU high performance computing cluster (www.hpc.wsu.edu) is now  available for research use to all WSU faculty and students. The first Kamiak training event will be held on January 20, 2017. The event will go over Kamiak policies, the configuration of Kamiak, the scheduler, storage, and basic linux shell commands and scripting. It is designed primarily for users new to Kamiak or high performance computing environments.
