Find your SmartHealth $125 incentive

Were you enrolled in one of the university’s health plans in 2016, and did you participate in the SmartHealth wellness incentive program? Did you earn your $125 incentive? If so, are you wondering about how you can verify you received your incentive?

You can log into SmartHealth right now and there will be a “How Do I Find My $125?” activity tile. Join the activity, learn how to find your $125 incentive, verify that you have completed the activity, and earn 50 points towards next year’s incentive!

Remember, you can start earning your 2018 incentive now and have until September 30, 2017 to earn it. SmartHealth is the Public Employees Benefits Board’s (PEBB) voluntary and confidential wellness program.
