Final December apple sales this Friday and Saturday

Our final December apple sales will be Dec. 15 and 16. No sales Dec. 22 and 23. We do have apple cider for sale again today in gallons and half gallons.

Think about using apples for homemade holiday gifts or for your own yummy food supply. Use your apples to make wonderful applesauce; dehydrated apples slices with a touch of cinnamon and sugar sprinkled on them; or delicious homemade pies, crisps, cobblers, breads, or kuchen for holiday treats!

We still have lots of apples including McIntosh, Rome, Fuji, Jonagold, Gala, Golden Delicious, and Red Delicious for you to choose from. We also have a relatively full bin of “juice apples” (a mixture of all of our apples that are smaller or have “nicks or dings” on them) for only 90 cents/pound.

Fruit sale hours:

  • Fridays: Noon – 6 p.m.
  • Saturdays: 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.

If you would like more information about how to find us at 1452 Johnson Road inside Spillman Farm on the Pullman campus or exactly what varieties of apples we have, please go to our website: horticulture.wsu.edu/orchard.

Thank you for your support of our operations and Happy Holidays!
