February 17th | Business Policies, Procedures and Records Retetion

Many agree the single most important document we have at the University is the Business Policies and Procedures Manual (BPPM). Simply put, without the BPPM we could not do our jobs. Do you know how to use the manual effectively? Can you easily navigate to the sections you need to access? This course discusses how to use WSU’s Business Policies and Procedures Manual and how the manual is updated. Records scheduling, records retention and state records requirements are also discussed.
