Feast@Home

In response to popular demand, Feast@Home is back! Join us on March 16 from 6–7:30 p.m. for a food-wine-fun experience. Feast@Home is a virtual cooking experience featuring exceptional wines and tasting insights by a Cougar-connected winery, inside cooking secrets from a Carson College of Business alumnus, an abundance of Cougar camaraderie, and the opportunity to meet the world’s next great chef…you!

This special Feast@Home is all about Italian food. Alumnus Joe Fugere, founder and owner of Tutta Bella in Seattle, will join in to share his wisdom on the vibrant flavors of Italian food, guiding you through constructing the perfect bruschetta and focaccia recipe using Washington State flour. Cougar-connected winery, Hard Row to Hoe, will showcase delicious pairings and share their connection to WSU. We supply the recipe, you have the option to buy the ingredients, do the prep work, and cook along with Joe or watch and take notes for a future meal, all from the comfort of your home. We will finish the evening at a “table” with other Cougs for fun conversations and visits from WSU VIPs.
