Fall fitness classes with UREC

University Recreation fitness classes will continue this fall with Session 1 running Aug. 22–Oct. 16.

There are over 65 unique fitness classes to choose from during Session 1 occurring in the Chinook Student Center, Student Recreation Center, and Stephenson Fitness Center with options in the morning, afternoon, and evenings. There are also online and hybrid options. You can view schedules and register for a class on our website.

Registering for a session of fitness classes is the most cost-effective way to participate in a class. A regular fitness class includes an average of 12 sessions over the course of six weeks and costs range from about $20–50 total, depending on the equipment and level of instruction provided.

You can also participate in a fitness class without registering for a full session by purchasing a punch pass in one, five, or 10 punch increments.

To participate in a fitness class, you also need to be a University Recreation member. You can sign up for an annual membership with payroll deduct. Rates and purchasing options can be found on our memberships website.
