Expand your Climbing Skills

University Recreation is offering a lead climbing clinic. Lead climbing is the method of climbing where you clip your rope into protection as you ascend, rather than being belayed through one anchor at the top of the climb (top roping). Harness, shoes and belay devices are provided. All clinics are 1-3 p.m. at the SRC climbing wall. There are three dates of available clinics this semester:

  • Saturday, Nov. 8. Registration ends Nov. 2
  • Saturday, Dec. 6. Registration ends Nov. 30
  • Saturday, Dec. 20. Registration ends Dec. 14
