Essential Skills for Developing Leaders

A new learning program for WSU employees aspiring to leadershp positions begins later this month.  “Essential Skills for Developing Leaders” is a blend of live, instructor led training sessions and interactive online courses.  The individual courses are grouped into five concept areas:

  1. Moving Into Management
  2. Effective Communication
  3. Building a Productive Team
  4. Developing and Empowering Others
  5. Visionary Leadership

All employees are welcome to participate in these courses.  You may choose to complete the entire program or opt to participate in only certain offerings.  All live sessions will be available statewide via AMS Videoconferncing Services.
