Cougs Connect serves as a powerful tool for faculty and staff in a variety of ways:

  • Support student career readiness through mentoring and networking opportunities
  • Connect students with alumni working in relevant industries and career fields
  • Share and promote job, internship, and experiential learning opportunities
  • Foster meaningful connections beyond the classroom
  • Build communities and groups based on majors, industries, identities, locations, or shared interests

Cougs Connect also supports structured mentoring programs and customized groups, making it easier to intentionally connect students with Cougs who can offer guidance, insight, and professional support.
