Employee payroll direct deposit information for customers of 19 eastern Washington branches of Bank of America

Nineteen eastern Washington branches of Bank of America (BOA), including the branches in Pullman, Colfax and Clarkston, are being sold to Washington Federal Bank. See the complete list at the link below. The conversion dates are December 6-9, 2013. Checking or savings account holders will be contacted by BOA directly informing them if their account is affected.  Washington Federal Bank will supply these customers with account conversion information.

BOA account holders whose accounts were not opened at one of the branches being sold do not need to make any changes to their direct deposit.  If you are not sure where your BOA account was opened please contact BOA to find out.

If you opened your BOA account at one of these 19 eastern Washington branches,   Payroll Services encourages you to become familiar with the FAQ information from the Washington Federal Bank link provided below.  You may need to update your direct deposit information with WSU Payroll Services.

Any change to your payroll direct deposit needs to be completed 10 business days prior to payday. Paydays are generally the 10th and 25th of each month.  Payroll direct deposit changes for the December 10, 2013 pay date must be submitted to WSU Payroll Services no later than November 25, 2013.
