‘Employee Assistance Program: Overview for Employees’

Most people encounter personal or work-related challenges at some point in their lives.

Join this workshop which will provide an overview of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services available to employees, including counseling services, financial and legal consulting, as well as many resources for addressing various issues we encounter in our work and personal lives.

You will also learn about how to access the services and online resources, and the process for scheduling appointments, among other key topics.
