Emotional Health Monday: Flash talks offer tips for less fuss, more fun

Set aside your lunch hour next Monday, Oct. 18, for flash talks that offer insights for emotional health. Topics include:

  • Managing difficult emotions
  • Healthy relationships
  • Suicide prevention
  • Helping a friend in an abusive relationship
  • Reducing stress

Held from 11:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. on Zoom, the set of 10-minute talks kicks off the week-long Safety, Health, and Security Fair.

Emotional Health Monday talks will be delivered by experts from across the WSU system.

On Oct. 19, don your mask and head to the CUB Sr. Ballroom for 3 must-see events:

  • President’s award ceremony: 11:30 a.m.
  • Resource fair: 9 a.m.–1 p.m.
  • Blood drive: 9 a.m.–2 p.m.
