The team at Academic Outreach and Innovation is here to help you make teaching with technology a positive and engaging experience. During WSU’s Week of Welcome and the first two weeks of fall semester we offer many training opportunities for faculty, staff, and teaching assistants.

Register for any of the following training sessions at elearning.wsu.edu/training. Select a training area from the drop-down menu, then select the link for the session you wish to attend.

Online Academic Technology Community

AOI has also created an asynchronous community space in Blackboard Learn for members interested in using and discussing academic technology at WSU. Try out new tech tools and share feedback on how best to implement them. The site focuses on technology such as:

  • Blackboard Learn

  • Quick Response Systems
  • General University Classrooms
  • Instruction at WSU via Video Conferencing
