Earn 2,000 SmartHealth Points and Qualify for Your Wellness Incentive

You only have until the end of the month to earn 2,000 SmartHealth points and qualify for a $125 wellness incentive in 2018 (if you also meet PEBB eligibility requirements in January 2018).

When you (the subscriber) complete your Wellbeing Assessment and earn 2,000 total SmartHealth points by September 30, 2017, you’ll qualify to receive one of the following, depending on what medical plan you are enrolled in:

  • A $125 reduction to the classic or value medical plan deductible in 2018.
  • A one-time $125 deposit into a health savings account for CDHP plans.

Almost there? Join some great activities that have higher points and can help you reach your 2,000-point goal faster:

  • New Year’s Resolution Check-In: Revisit your resolutions and recommit to one of them. (150 points)
  • Bill by Bill: Review the activity, and take steps to lower one of your monthly bills. (150 points)
  • Arm Yourself Against the Flu: Get a flu vaccine this year to protect yourself and others from the flu illness. (200 points)

And remember—the more you participate in SmartHealth, the more chances you have to win a Grand Prize Vacation Getaway! To qualify, complete your SmartHealth Well-being Assessment and join activities to earn 2,000 total SmartHealth points by September 30, 2017. (Earn 3,500 and 5,000 SmartHealth points in that same timeframe, and earn more chances to win.)
