Do Not Submit Grades Via zzusis Final Grade Roster

Grades submitted through the Final Grade Roster were captured Dec. 17 at 5:30 p.m.  IMPORTANT!  While the grade roster still appears for instructors, it should not be used because grades entered Dec. 17 after 5:30 p.m. will NOT be posted to the student’s record.Instructors can see the posted grades in the Official Grade column in the grading roster now.  Students are also able to see the posted grades.

If needed, to submit late grades now, take the following steps:

Send a memo on department letterhead that includes the course and section number, year and term, each student’s name, ID# and grade with the instructor’s signature.

Send to appropriate campus Registrar’s Office.
