Diverse Minds, Diverse Microbes Symposium

Monday, April 28
9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Veterinary and Biomedical Research Building
1815 Ferdinand’s Lane, WSU Pullman

We will have a variety of speakers, including WSU professors, postdocs, and students, who will share their journey into the microbiology field and their current research. This year’s symposium highlights the diversity of both the scientist in the microbiology field and their different research interest. ASM is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion, and we want our chapter to reflect these values and support and empower the voices in our field.

Everyone is welcome to attend! (free admission)

For abstract submission:

  • Saturday, March 15: For talk consideration
  • Friday, April 11: For poster presentation only
