DES Risk Management Safety Survey

“The Washington State Office of Risk Management in Olympia, is requesting that all employees at Washington Institutions of Higher Education, including WSU, complete a safety survey.The safety survey is now open at the following link: https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2014_Safety_Survey-Education . The survey is open from now until the close of business on November 28, 2014. The survey takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

The survey results will help develop safety action plans to address the issues identified in the survey.
