Dec. 4 Chairs Workshop focuses on Staff Personnel Issues

The next session in the ongoing Department Chairs and Directors Workshops occurs Thursday, Dec. 4 from 7:30-9 a.m.  Originating in Murrow 52 (Pullman), the session will be available statewide via AMS Videoconferencing Services.

This workshop examines personnel issues as relating to Civil Service, Bargaining Unit and Administrative Professional employees. Applicable policies, procedures, rules and laws are addressed with specific attention devoted to classification/compensation, recruitment, performance management, employee and labor relations, leave and benefits, and training and development.
