Deadline extended: Interdisciplinary Arts and Humanities Conference

The deadline has been extended, and the Pollart Center is accepting proposals for one more week for the Interdisciplinary Arts and Humanities Conference at Washington State University on April 17 and 18.

The extended deadline for submitting the abstracts is Sunday, March 8. While we encourage students to submit an abstract that goes along with the conference theme “Ecologies of Care,” students are also invited to submit abstracts that are broadly focused in the arts and humanities. Proposals supporting cross- and interdisciplinary research in the arts and humanities and/or illustrating a commitment to access, opportunity, and community engagement are especially encouraged.

Proposals can be submitted on the Pollart Center website.

The Notices and Announcements section is provided as a service to the WSU community for sharing events such as lectures, trainings, and other highly transactional types of information related to the university experience. Information provided and opinions expressed may not reflect the understanding or opinion of WSU. Accuracy of the information presented is the responsibility of those who submitted it. The self-uploaded posts are reviewed for compliance with state statutes and ethics guidelines but are not edited for spelling, grammar, or clarity.
