The WSU Department of Animal Sciences and Cougar Quality Meats invite you to our annual Dad’s Weekend Meat Sale. We will be open on Thursday, November 1, from 3 – 6 p.m. and Friday, November 2, from noon – 6 p.m. at the Meat Science Laboratory, located in the brick building at 2155 Wilson Rd on the Pullman campus.
We will have an assortment of steaks, roasts, ground beef, sausages, jerky, and other items for sale. Come early for best selection.
We also have some awesome rubs and seasonings for sale that you can use to spice up your tailgate party fare. Created by WSU Executive Chef Jamie Callison, the Espresso Rub and the Everything Seasoning are great on well – EVERYTHING!
