Culinary Creations by WSU’s Jamie Callison

On March 11, 12 and 13, WSU dining centers feature lunches created by our very own Jamie Callison, who teaches in the School of Hospitality and Business Management and authored the cookbook The Crimson Spoon. Don’t miss out on Callison’s unique culinary creations like Chocolate Lentil Molten Cake, Northwest Cioppino, Pan-Seared Scallops and Salmon with Basil Oil, and Glazed Brussel Sprouts with Cippolini Onions and Bacon. Check out the Dining Services’ website for days, locations and meals: dining.wsu.edu.
