Crossler to talk on unintended tech consequences of global public crises

MISE Chair Robert Crossler will give a Common Reading talk on “The Unintended Technological Consequences of Global Public Crises” at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 26, via Zoom. His talk will address how the use of contact tracing and other technology decision related to addressing COVID-19 have been received differently based on demographic information.

Hosted by the WSU Pullman Common Reading Program, this talk is one of a full series of events this academic year complementing use of the anthology Tales of Two Americas: Stories of Inequality in a Divided Nation.
