CrossFit Fitness Classes

Are you interested in mixing up your workout? Register for one of University Recreation’s CrossFit fitness classes! CrossFit is a constantly changing workout that consists of performing functional movements (pushups, running, lifting, ect.) at a high intensity. If you are new to CrossFit, we also offer CrossFit Foundations which serves as an introduction to the program. All classes take place in Smith Gym Room 21, with a variety of days and times to choose from. Registration for classes that meet Monday, Wednesday and Friday costs $120 for SRC members and $145 for nonmembers. Classes that meet Tuesday and Thursday are $80 for members and $97 for nonmembers. Classes begin Oct. 20 and registration ends Nov. 7. To register or for more information, visit urec.wsu.edu/classes-trips.
