Are you interested in being pushed physically and mentally in a way you never have before? Join the WSU CrossFit club and learn how to push your mind and body through this revolutionary new fitness style. Whether your goal may be body composition training, weight loss, or to increase endurance, CrossFit training is a unique way to accomplish any of these goals. The CrossFit training program prides itself on being for everyone and anyone. No matter your age, gender or experience, CrossFit is able to help anyone by not varying routine, but instead catering to an individual’s abilities through variety in load and intensity. For just $200 per semester, you could become part of the team. Training is seven days a week at various times to fit your schedule.
