On Tuesday, Dec. 12, Crimson Service Desk will close from 3 to 5 p.m. for a department event. During this time, phone, email, and walk-in (located in Smith Center for Undergraduate Education [CUE] 302) support will be unavailable. Regular support services will be accessible from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m., with phone and email support resuming from 5 to 8 p.m.
Crimson Service Desk will also close on Sunday, Dec. 17. Technical support via phone and email will be unavailable from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. on this date.
Normal Crimson Service Desk operations will resume on Monday, Dec. 18, at 8 a.m.
