Information Technology Services (ITS) will be shifting the Crimson Service Desk customer support phone system from Cisco to Twilio on Monday, July 12, beginning at 7 a.m. This maintenance is expected to take approximately 30 minutes.
As the CSD’s normal business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., this is not expected to impact customers in spite of the service interruption due to the transition.
