‘Creating Thriving Organizations: Fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Your Workplace’

Creating a diverse, inclusive, and equitable community in our institutions benefits us socially, emotionally, and financially. It also establishes a sense of belonging, trust, and dedication for individuals throughout an organization. Fostering DEI starts with a deeper knowledge of self, followed by skills to engage in meaningful dialogue with others around emotionally fraught topics.

Join Maria Morukian, President and Founder of MSM Global Consulting, LLC, for this three hour deep-dive workshop: “Creating Thriving Organizations: Fostering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in Your Workplace” from 9 a.m.–12 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 7.
