Courtesy Notice from Office of Public Records – 1

WSU recently received a Public Records Request from Mr. Rod Palmquist of Washington Federation of State Employees seeking the following records, among others: A list of employees including: name, job title/class, job type, pension plan, permanent status, position type, bargaining unit status, monthly salary where appropriate, FTE percentage, appointment term in months per year, step letter if applicable, monthly/hourly rate, anniversary date for steps if applicable, years on current step if applicable.

WSU is required to produce copies of the records requested in accordance with the Public Records Act (RCW 42.56, et seq).

The responsive record includes (where applicable): names, job type, title, bargaining unit number, current step letter, appointment status/type, retirement plan, monthly full time rate/hourly rate, FTE%, appointment term in months.

This is a courtesy notice from the Public Records Office. No action is required.
