Conflict Resolution and Negotiation featured in Department Chairs Workshops

Dr. Tom Tripp will lead the discussion in the next session featured in the Department Chairs and Directors Workshop series. All employees are welcome to attend.

Entitled Conflict Resolution and Negotiation, his presentation focuses on:  

– Sources of conflict within the workplace
– Strategies for dealing with conflict
– Personal conflict management styles
– Basic negotiation strategies
– Basic negotiation scenario constructions
